​Finding Your Size

 

Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape. If you do not have a tape, use a strip of paper and check the length against a ruler and select your desired size.

 

Small ( mostly women )

6 to7 inches ( 15.24 to 17.18 cm )

Medium ( Men & Women )

7 to 8 inches ( 17.78 to 20.32 cm )

​

Large  ( Men )

8 to 9 inches ( 20.32 to 22.86 cm )
