SHIPPING
All orders are fulfill within 1 - 2 days, except in the case of custom orders with not in supply materials that may have to be special ordered. Once the order is fulfilled, an email notification along with tracking number will be provided. All deliveries are sent out via USPS shipping standards and the times below are listed as business days.

(Free Shipping) FIRST CLASS - 4 -5 days
PRIORITY - 2 - 3 days
EXPRESS - 1 day
REST OF THE WORLD
$12 Flat Rate (10- to 18 days standard shipping ) varies
Some international regions may require VATS, import/processing fees and other taxes collected from customers. Please note that any such taxes or fees are collected by your local government and not by Jacob Jagger.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged or returned to original form of payment for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Returns will be processed once the item is received. Items must be in unused condition along with its original packaging and protective coverings.
Returns that are damaged, altered or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns not in its original condition will be price-adjusted from the cost of the product to the customer in one or more of the following ways:

Cost of all shipping materials such as: shipping box, gift box, thank you card.
EXCHANGE & ADJUSTMENTS
For items needing an exchange or resizing, please include a note in your return package with specifics on the exchange or resizing instructions along with your original order number and a clear return address for sending the item back to you.
Please include cash/money order/check of $6 to cover return shipping back to you. All returns, exchanges and checks/money orders should be sent or made out to the following address/name:
